Given the HUGE fight they had with Dopod, you'd think so, wouldn't you? I'm waiting to see how long it will be before the rebranded MyPod (formally C-Palm) receives a writ demanding they change their name... :)

Apparently MyPod at PIM is a breakaway unit of C-Palm, or so I was told. Haven't done my own checks but info came from a C-Palm staffer

No it's not, at least I don't think it is, but it is unbelievably ignorant to just slap on one of the most well known corporate logos on
to the back of their cheap phones especially when it serves zero
functional purpose.
It's like putting on an outline of the Coke swirly on a can of what is
clearly generic soda
